The first product I want to highlight is one that I use almost every day: Tula’s Filter Primer. I’ve been using this for almost a year now and have loved it since the very first day I used it. It smooths the skin’s surface and has so many great skincare benefits! It’s perfect for no makeup days too since it blurs and evens out the skin and adds just a hint of color. Tula also just released several additional shades of this product so there’s a perfect match for everyone!
My second choice of product to talk about is the Lancome Cils Booster XL Enhancing Lash Primer. I can’t believe I ever went without a mascara primer before finding this! I always used to think using a primer would be pointless, but after trying this I’ll never go back! It adds so much length and I feel like it helps hold the curl of my lashes all day too. It’s a little bit of a higher price point, so if you don’t want to splurge here’s another good option that works really well too.
Number three is the famous $5 Amazon mascara: Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect. I was honestly a little unsure about this one before I actually tried it, but had heard so many good things about it I couldn’t pass it up. The first couple times I used it I had a little trouble getting used to the wand, but after using it for about a week, it’s now the mascara I reach for every day! It doesn’t clump and it layers really nicely. And for the price point, it really can’t be beat!
My fourth product: Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer. I really never used to use bronzer before buying this one, so I really don’t have a whole lot to compare it too, but I really love this one and use it every time I wear makeup. It gives a really natural glow and blends very nicely. The price point is super affordable too and it also smells amazing, which is a big plus!
The last product I want to talk about is the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. I saw people all over the internet talking about this and was really intrigued, because my lips get dry so easily. I bought it a little over a year ago and the first couple nights I used it was almost a little disappointed because I didn’t find that it was working wonders like people made it sound like it would do. However, I kept using it because I didn’t want it to go to waste. Fast forward to now and I can honestly say I absolutely love this stuff. I use it every single day, morning and night, and sometimes throughout the day whenever I feel I need it. I don’t know exactly when my opinion of it switched, but I just found that I kept reaching for it every day. This is definitely one product I will keep buying! (it also lasts FOREVER….I’ve only bought it once and have been using it for over a year!)
I hope this post was helpful! Be on the lookout for more beauty product posts in the near future! And if there’s anything you want me to test out just let me know!
I’ll be checking out that lash primer and lip mask! Would love to see a hair post or especially a dry shampoo post! Mom problems!
Oh that’s a great idea! I’ll get right on that!
YES!! Love that mascara and I use the lip mask too. It’s one of my faves.
